Shifts Primed can help with technical problems using the Invoice Checker and questions about Shifts Primed products. Shifts Primed cannot select a line item for you, interpret an NDIS plan, confirm funding or decide what you are entitled to charge.
If you can't find a line item, check the current official NDIS Pricing Schedule and the full support-item description, and confirm with the participant, their nominee or family, Support Coordinator or Plan Manager where clarification is needed.
